How Austlak Cargo Free Insurance Works

Maximum insurance coverage for any standard TC box is AUD 200.

ඕනෑම සම්මත TC පෙට්ටියක් සඳහා උපරිම රක්ෂණ ආවරණය AUD 200 කි.

If any TC box weighs more than 30 kg, the free insurance will not be covered. However, if the weight is less than or equal to 35 kg, special consideration may be granted, in which case the free insurance may be covered but it is not guaranteed.

ඕනෑම TC පෙට්ටියක බර 30Kg ට වඩා වැඩි නම්, නොමිලේ ලැබෙන රක්ෂණය ආවරණය හිමි නොවේ. කෙසේ වෙතත්, බර 35 Kg හෝ ඊටවඩා අඩු නම්, විශේෂ සලකා බැලීමක් සිදුකල හැකි අතර, එවැනි අවස්ථාවක එම රක්ෂණය ආවරණයක් ලබාගත හැකිය, නමුත් එය සහතික කළ නොහැකිය.

1. You cannot get insurance for suspended, temporarily suspended and prohibited goods  (Contact Austlak Cargo office for details).

2. Goods in commercial quantities are not covered by this insurance.

3. Electrical, electronic items, jewellery, and high-value items are not covered by free insurance. However, you can obtain separate marine insurance to cover these items for an additional cost.

4. Watches, mobile phones, tablets and computers are not covered with free insurance. However, you can obtain marine insurance to cover these items for an additional cost.

5. Custom detention and forfeiture are excluded from coverage under this insurance policy.

1. ඔබට අත්හිටවූ, තාවකාලිකව අත්හිටුවන ලද සහ තහනම් භාණ්ඩ සඳහා රක්ෂණයක් ලබා ගත නොහැක. (විස්තර සඳහා ඔස්ලක්  කාගෝ කාර්යාලය අමතන්න).

2. වාණිජ ප්‍රමාණයෙන් ඇති භාණ්ඩ මෙම රක්ෂණයෙන් ආවරණය නොවේ.

3. විදුලි, ඉලෙක්ට්‍රොනික භාණ්ඩ, ස්වර්ණාභරණ සහ ඉහළ වටිනාකමක් ඇති භාණ්ඩ මෙම රක්ෂණයෙන් ආවරණය නොවේ. කෙසේ වෙතත්, මෙම භාණ්ඩ සඳහා රක්ෂණ ආවරණයක් අවශ්‍ය නම් ඒ සඳහා ඔබට වෙනම මුහුදු රක්ෂණයක් ලබා ගත හැකිය.

4. අත් ඔරලෝසු, ජංගම දුරකථන, ටැබ්ලට් සහ පරිගණක මෙම රක්ෂණයෙන් ආවරණය නොවේ. කෙසේ වෙතත්, මෙම භාණ්ඩ සඳහා රක්ෂණ ආවරණයක් අවශ්‍ය නම් ඒ සඳහා ඔබට වෙනම මුහුදු රක්ෂණයක් ලබා ගත හැකිය.

5. ශ්‍රී ලංකා රේගු රදවා තබාගැනීම් සහ රාජසන්තක කිරීම් මෙම රක්ෂණයයෙන් ආවරණය නොවේ.

When boxes are delivered to or handed over to Austlak Cargo, the total weight of each TC box is measured and recorded on the respective box. The weight of the boxes will be rechecked by the Austlak Cargo agent in Sri Lanka when they are collected in Kadawatha warehouse or delivered to the consignee’s home.

The accurate cargo packing list must be submitted along with the boxes that contain the shipment. In the event that some items go missing in transit, the packing list can be used to identify the missing items and to provide a claim to the shipper or consignee.

ඔස්ලක් කාගෝ ආයතනය වෙත භාණ්ඩ පිරවූ පෙට්ටි භාර දුන් විට එක් එක් TC පෙට්ටියේ බර පරික්ෂා කර අදාල පෙට්ටියේ සටහන් කරනු ලැබේ. ලංකාවේදී එම පෙට්ටි කඩවත ගබඩාවේන් බලාගන්නා විටදී හෝ නිවසට ගෙනවිත් භාරදෙන විට අප ඔස්ලක් කාගෝ නියෝජිතයා විසින් පෙට්ටිවල බර නැවත පරීක්ෂා කරනු ලැබේ.

නැව්ගත කිරීම අඩංගු පෙට්ටි සමඟ නිවැරදි භාණ්ඩ ඇසුරුම් ලැයිස්තුව ඉදිරිපත් කළ යුතු වන අතර නැව්ගත කිරීමේදී හෝ භාණ්ඩ පරික්ෂාවේදී සමහර අයිතම අස්ථානගත වුවහොත්, අස්ථානගත වූ අයිතම හඳුනා ගැනීමට සහ නැව්ගත කරන්නාට හෝ භාරකරුට හිමිකම් පෑමට මෙම ඇසුරුම් ලැයිස්තුව අනිවාර්යවේ.

When sending goods to Sri Lanka, the sender must list all the goods packed in the box and a copy of the list must be handed over to Austlak Cargo at the time of delivery of the shipment.

ශ්‍රී ලංකාවට භාණ්ඩ යැවීමේදී, යවන්නා පෙට්ටියේ අසුරා ඇති සියලුම භාණ්ඩ ලැයිස්තුගත කළ යුතු අතර නැව්ගත කිරීම භාරදීමේදී එම ලැයිස්තු පිටපතක් ඔස්ලක් කාගෝ ආයතනය වෙත භාර දිය යුතුය.

All items with a value of more than AUD 40 must be shown to an Austlak Cargo agent before packing. No coverage will be provided for the expensive items that are not shown to an agent before packing.

යම් භාණ්ඩයක වටිනාකම AUD 40 ට වැඩි නම් එම භාණ්ඩය හෝ භාණ්ඩ ඇසුරුම් කිරීමට පෙර ඔස්ලක් කාගෝ නියෝජිතයාට පෙන්විය යුතුය.
